Skip to content
- The Sample Import is a 5 step wizard. Go to Sample Libraries > Compounds > Import New Compounds
- Select the sdf or csv file containing the samples to be imported and click the Upload button
- Map the columns from the uploaded file to the database table columns and click Continue. At the next step there is a confirmation of the number of samples that were uploaded. Click to go to Step 3.
- Enter the numeric plate identifier for the first plate. The identifier for samples is auto-assigned. Click Generate New IDs
- Enter the library details and select the plate format, sample concentration and project. Click Register
