- Select Sample Libraries > Compounds > Search Compounds
Note: If you need to download activity for a list of substances or siRNA, select Sample Libraries > Substances > Search Substances or Sample Libraries > siRNA > Search siRNA respectively.
- Click the ‘List Entry’ link.
- Paste the numerical list of compounds (without any prefixes such as CCG- or SID-) into the search box. Click the ‘Search’ button.
- RxPlora reorders the list in numerically ascending order and displays the search results. Use the previous/next navigation buttons to browse the results. Click the ‘Screen Results’ tab to look at the primary and CRC data for each individual compound.
- To download the results, click the export icon next to the search box. RxPlora opens a new window with options to download activity –
- File Format Option: Choose csv for comma-delimited data, sdf for a compound list, or Excel 2007 for an Excel file with embedded structures
- Tip: Files exceeding 500 entries can only be downloaded in csv format
- Compound Properties: Select individual compound properties by clicking on each desired property name (select multiple properties by holding the Ctrl/Command key while clicking on each desired property)
- Other Targets: Select the list of screens to see whether your list of compounds was active against them
- File Format Option: Choose csv for comma-delimited data, sdf for a compound list, or Excel 2007 for an Excel file with embedded structures
